Light and fluffy. A little lacking in flavor. Will try chocolate protein powder and powdered peanut butter next time. Yum

Second time making this recipe, but added blueberries. Tastes great and filling after eating 1-3 medium sized pancakes. This is a good recipe base that allows the individual to customize to their own liking such as adding fruit and/or nuts.

this is really good. i made it without the baking soda and it's still was nice and fluffy.
