It was delicious! I used pork butt rub as the seasoning with olive oil and let the 7 1/2 lb. butt marinate for 3 days. Slow cooked for 4 hours, crock pot for 3 1/2 hours with 1 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup A1 and 1/4 cup bbq sauce. Once it was done, pulled it apart and added bbq sauce to taste. My crew of firefighters loved it as it had that deep smoke flavor and tangy sauce mix and was really juicy!

Super easy and delicious. Mixed with sweet baby Ray’s. Served on kings Hawaiian sliders with coleslaw. Was a big hit at the party.
