I love thick dark hot chocolate and this recipe was exactly what I was looking for. I had to substitute Lactaid for milk, but that did not change the out come. I also used Cinnamon sugar and added a dash of Cheyne pepper to get a hot cinnamon flavor.

Added extra milk and it was really rich, perfectly sweet. Loved it!
