Didn’t turn out good, more like cooking eggs.

Healthy & easy, but time v effort - poor. If you’re looking for a simple breakfast, then look no further; but be warned that the cooking time is slow and tricky. Diet permitting I’d recommend regular pancakes over these any day, purely for the ease of cooking. The bananas can become quite sticky in the pan - I strongly recommend using coconut oil over butter to be able to consistently cook at a lower heat. Cook in small, pikelet sized, batches and have the oven ready too. By the time you get to the last batch, the first ones will be cold.

Delicious! My family loved them. I blended the ingredients in a shake blender to get it nice and smooth. Sprayed the pan and poured the mixture in. It made about 5 small/medium pancakes. We will have these super easy, no guilt pancakes again!

Made one batch for myself. Ended up doing the whole banana, just one egg, and vanilla and cinnamon. It was a lot less runny than the last time I made. Better texture. Still tastes like bananas, but I happen to love banana breakfasts.

These tasted really good and were super easy to make. I had a hard time mashing the banana to a smooth texture so next time I will blend the banana then add the eggs and cinnamon. Added cherries and raspberries on top and a couple dark chocolate chip. Delicious!

Tasty breakfast material

My kids loved them! I plan on making them more than regular gluten free pancakes. My daughter is allergic to wheat, soy, and oats and I was excited and happy to find something she was able to enjoy without the side effects.

Pancakes look like scrambled eggs, even with pam. :(

I tried to flip these little guys but only made a mushy mess. They tasted like mashed bananas. At least that part was good.

I added a pinch of baking soda to make it fluffy (at least). In overall, it tasted so good!

I should had mashed the bananas first really well, then add the eggs to mix. It was okay. I'm not a great fan of bananas but okay. I couldn't finish because of the taste of bananas.

It didn't turn out well, but I didn't have a ripe banana and I think that's why it wasn't as good as it could have been.

It didn't stick together no matter what I did. It was mush in a pan.

Threw a little cinnamon and a tiny bit of syrup on top and was able to successfully fool myself that these were not regular pancakes

Definitely not bad. If you enjoy bananas, I'd recommend as a guilt free breakfast option.

For 3 simple ingredients I'll have to say these pancakes are easy to make and taste delicious with syrup or fruit topping. I fried mine in coconut oil and I will be making them again.

i love these so much! I always make them on Sunday mornings and they are a hit! Top with ripe peaches and maple syrup and it almost tastes like pie!

I love this recipe….Only a reminder to people watching carbs, still has them even though no flour. Great on protein though. Adding to my "treat keeper" list..

I made it and was impressed with it. It sure helped me get over my pancake craving. I cooked it in no salt butter to prevent it from burning. I would recommend this to anyone trying to cut out on carbs and enjoy a little sweetness.
