The recipe is pretty amazing- especially the sauce. Perfect! I changed the treatment of broccolis. There’s no need to blanch or pre-cook the broccolis. You can divide them into smaller florets and toss to the pan after the tofu is browned, and leave it there. I also added sliced mashrooms and sliced carrots — all added to the pan after the tofu was browned. Highly recommended recipe for really a quick dinner or lunch.

Really easy! I put the broccoli in before the sauce and garlic, next time I’ll remember to put that in first. Healthy and good flavor!
