- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes (dried minced)
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves (dried crushed)
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram (dried)
- 1/8 tsp. ground rosemary
- 1/8 tsp. cumin (optional)
- 1 bay leaf

Delicious! I substituted tender greens for kale added no salt or oil. Didn’t have red potatoes so I used diced
Idahos. I recommend, so healthy and good.

Seriously good and versatile. I took this idea and just used what I had available. About 2 cups dried (soaked) beans, sweet potatoes and potatoes, 1/4 cup minced garlic, couple tbsp italian seasonings, dried parsley and lots of coarse sea salt. Minced onions and extra garlic too. I added two bunches of kale at the end. I made the soup like I typed this, dancing around the kitchen, throwing in whatever... And it's been such a delicious hit.

Too many different ingredients (especially herbs/spices, yet our kids still thought it was bland. Time consuming. Non-vegans in our family topped their servings with leftover sausage crumbles
