Perfect hummus. I like to add some sweet pepper. If you have a vegan friend over leave out the yogurt and it’s still amazing.

quarantining at home during the pandemic gave me a reason to try homemade hummus. so worth it.! fresh flavors and no preservatives make it so much better than store bought. this recipe is delicious

Great recipe. I added Zatar, sour cream instead of yogurt (but would be good without), sesame seeds and paprika.

This is a nice quick recipe. I added more tahini, lemon juice and olive oil. Also used sriracha course salt and Hungarian sweet paprika. Kicked it up just a notch. Would make again.

I did hull the peas and cooked them in the food processor. Hummus came out out creamy. loved it

Delicious! Followed this recipe as written and it was a little bland for my liking. I added roasted red pepper, and not only did it turn it a beautiful color, it really tasted amazing.

Yum yum yummy! Definitely worth the effort to hull the chickpeas! I like to add extra lemon juice. Turned out smooth and delicious!

Added another 1.5 Cups of Chick Peas, additonal crushed Garlic to taste (we love Garlic) & a bit more Greek Yogurt to compensate for the extra Chick Peas. My Wife and a couple of co-workers loved it! The overall concensus, "Top-Notch Hummus no doubt!"

That flew. I used pickled vinegar instead of lemon and there were no cumin, so I used seasoned salt

It was yummy. I use more garlic and salt and I added a pinch of dried chili pepper for added kick. Love it.

Follow the recipe and added Greek yogurt, it is really yummy! Just like what you get from restaurants outside. Thanks for sharing this!
