Made these today with only 1/4 c sugar and could actually have left it out entirely. If you use over-ripe bananas or, in my case previously frozen bananas -and with the addition of powdered sugar on top, it's plenty sweet enough. I also used half-half all purpose/whole wheat pastry flour. They came out light, moist and so good. Really great recipe.
