Not bad...pretty bland though

This recipe was requested by one of our family members and I too was concerned that there would not be enough liquid in the recipe as presented because of the bulgar. After reading the reviews (which proved to be very helpful, thank you!) I made two main modifications: in addition to all recipe items as listed, I added two 15 ounce cans of diced tomatoes with green chili’s and a package of Beyond Burger meatballs (I used the home-style seasoned ones but I imagine the Italian seasoned ones would be just as good) broken into very small pieces. Also, I waited until the end, as called for in the recipe, to add salt and pepper to taste because of the additions I made. I added about half the salt and pepper and let individuals add more as needed. This turned out to be a VERY tasty vegan chili meal!

Taste is good, but next time I’d add another can of chopped tomatoes.

Needed more liquid, and a bit too spicy!
The spicy might have been because I didn't have chili powder so I kind of just eyeballed the ingredients.

Came out a little too tomatoey at first but I added some hot sauce and it completely changed the overall dish!! Great for get together!

Tasty, but not the best Vegan chili I’ve had- not as soupy as I like my chili to be- bulgur adds a unique flavor/texture but there might be better ingredients to use as a replacement (ie Beyond Meat’s vegan ground beef).

Simple, quick and very tasty

Delicious. Though I did add tomato paste and a few cups of water. Also 2 teaspoons or chili rather than tablespoons.
