- 16 oz. tofu (pressed and drained of liquid)
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos (* + 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 3/4 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup gluten-free flour (I used Bob's Red Mill's Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour)
- 1 1/4 cups gluten free breadcrumbs (I used Nature's Path Organic Crispy Rice Cereal and pulsed them in my food processor until they resembled panko breadcrumbs)
- 3 tsp. smoked paprika
- 3 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup oil (if pan-frying, if not, instructions for baking are below)

5.15.23, marinated for 1.5 hrs, didn’t read the recipe properly so I mixed the flour with the buttermilk and then dredged in crumbs. Absolutely delicious

Delicious! I oven booked a batch and I fried a batch both taste yummy! So for health reasons I will just oven bake these in the future

Lots of work so definitely not something I’m going to do on a regular basis. Next time I’ll use more spices in the breading. Overall very good.
