My husband has started a new program of sodium free food. These pork chops turned out absolutely delicious. Was just a little bit too vinegary for me so I just added an extra spoonful of jam.

Delicious and so easy!

tasty, easy, but it wasn't clear on type of mustard.
I used a simple yellow mustard and lost the nice berry color as in the photo...... also gave it a more sweet & sour taste. i had to add more jam to bring the flavor back to sweet. all in all, i was pleased.

Just meh for me. The strawberry and pork worked well together, but something was missing. Not horrible, with some tweaking and additional seasonings it has potential

It’s alright but I think other forms of pork chops (I.e. fried) are better

Very good recipe. My husband and I enjoyed the sauce. In fact I plan to use the sauce with chicken breasts as well as pork chops in the future. Easy, weeknight meal. I followed the recipe exactly and it worked very well.

Turned out pretty good, and while this won't be something I eat all the time, it is something I can see myself again soon.

I thought it was delicious and so did my fiancé. The kids not so much. Both of them had cereal for dinner instead 😕

I was very skeptical; the combination of ingredients was odd. But these were amazing!! A perfect amount of the sweet berry taste. I added 1/4 tsp if lemon juice to the sauce. Perfect! Next I’m going to use peach preserves and then go for a spicy sauce, jalapeño jelly. Excellent!!
