- 8 green olives (– 10 pitted large, {I used the big bright green ones from my grocer’s olive bar})

- 1/8 tsp. sea salt (+ more for roasting)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
