This chicken chili is Delicious! I love it. I doubled the green chilis and added some chicken better than bouillion. I topped it with shredded monterey jack, jalapenos, green onions, cilantro and sour cream!! I dipped with fritos scoops. Sooo Good 😋😋

Rave reviews from my husband and neighbors, I added a bit more of each spice, used chicken from the night before that was marinated in similar spices. Always top with cilantro!

Yummy! Added salt and lime juice at the end and it really brought the flavors to life! Many requests to share the recipe.

This was really flavorful. One thing I have noticed and finally realized is that the meat (especially the case for chicken) when adding to these dishes should be cooked separately and added later to the mixture as opposed to adding them too early results in over cooked chicken. I also added some heavy cream to thicken it some.

gotta love fast easy delicous recipes... and this was one of em! i did sub a pablano for the green pepper, also added a jalapeno (2 would have been better). also used more like 10 cloves of garlic. i only had one can of cannellini beans so used pinto and light kidneys, super good combo! topped it with crushed tortilla chips. i will make this again!

This was very good. I used 2 cans of chicken broth and 1 can of green chili enchilada sauce. I also used less cream cheese but added a cup of shredded Mexican cheese. I only used two cans of beans because that’s all I had but next time will definitely use three. I used Sprouts already cooked and shredded cooked chicken. I served it with sour cream, avocado, and extra cheese. Very yummy!

Great, needs to be thicker dont add all the stock unless you want the soup consistency or add extra cream cheese to counter

Very good flavor, but I have to admit that I was expecting a thicker consistency; as it turned out, it was more like soup. It reminds me of a chowder.
If I make it again, I'll want to thicken it somehow.

had to improvise and instead of green pepper used orange & jalapeño peppers, also had ti sub cream cheese for marscapone.Delicious!

Excellent flavor! Made it in the crock pot. Added an extra can of green chiles and an extra half pound of chicken breasts. Family loved it, will make again

Hands down one of the best chicken chili recipes I’ve ever used! I added a bit more garlic and seasonings than the recipe called for and sautéed a poblano pepper with the other veggies. Deliciously delightful!

I substituted Half and half for the cream cheese, making a flour mixture to thicken it up. it turned out fabulously!

Delicious! Just enough spice, and the chicken was so tender. I cooked it in a slow cooker and served it with cornbread.
