I added a can of condensed mushroom soup and sauteed chopped onion and bell pepper to the recipe. I added some cheese to the mix before putting them into the enchiladas. it came out pretty good 🙂 Will do it again

This recipe was fantastic I tried it w multiple different low carb shells and w almond flour instead. The type of tortilla shell makes a difference as one of them got hard. Will def make this again.
