Really yummy. I think the secret to more flavor is using enough fresh ginger. Also doing the chicken in the pressure cooker keeps it tender. Delish!

Great Whole 30 recipe. Made as directed but added zucchini to up the veggie quotient. Sauce thickened up as promised but final dish was a little bland. I'd increase the red pepper flakes and ginger next time to try to get more flavor out of it.

This was fantastic and my whole family loved it. I severely underestimated the amount of time it would take to trim and cut up the chicken, which was frustrating, but not an issue with the recipe itself or how it turned out. I can't wait to make this again!
