- 1 3/4 cups squash (roasted, puree, my favorite to use is delicata or 1, 15 ounce can organic butternut squash puree)
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (soft)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (raw, coarsely)
- 1 pinch salt
