Directions
- Pickle the cucumber and carrot in vinegar sweet chilli and sugar for about a day, Make sure that the pickling is not too sweet or vinegary.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the Japanese bbq sauce (yakitori sauce) for about 30 minutes.
- Fry the chicken in a pan.
- Smear the Japanese Mayo on the Turkish bread then lay the chicken breasts over it, then the pickles and lettuce, close the sandwich and eat.
