This is a good recipe. Very easy. I modified it a little by adding chicken broth and using pinto beans instead of kidney. Also add more seasoning.

This is a regular on our menu. No need to change anything, perhaps just add some bite as this recipe, as written, is fairly family friendly. Only the most of fussy will complain about the bite. I've used this exact recipe for lasagna as well, just too easy, and freezes well. Making this tonight.

Was good, I use a rotisserie chicken. I cook in a big pot on the stove and use 4 cups of chicken broth/stock. I only use 1/2 teaspoon cumin, and I add 2 Tablespoons of sugar. At plating i add a dollop of sour cream, some cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips, and sriracha. Turns out great every time.

This was delicious. Served with avacado, red onions, cilantro and sour cream and nachos. This is a keeper. Only 8 min in the pressure cooker!

This is easy, healthy, and delicious and one of my favorites. I make my own taco seasoning and add a bit of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes as well. I also use pinto beans instead of kidney. I make a crockpot full and freeze half for a second dinner.

Delicious! I was going to serve it over rice but didn’t realize we were out of it. So we had it over pasta and it was great. My husband added Tabasco to his.

Made this without an Instant Pot and it was so easy and great for meal prep. Also added some frozen chopped greens.

It’s more like a chicken chili as opposed to tacos but I’m not complaining! Also great over rice like a burrito bowl! A crowd fav!

Turned out great. I used regular black beans and regular corn to keep the spice low for the kids. Used the instapot preparation. Turned out perfect. Served with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, and pepper sauce on the side. Everyone at the table had 2 servings. Total hit. Will add to the rotation.

Easy to make. I actually cooked it in a regular pot bc I don’t own an insta pot. But I also had cooked chicken in my fridge .

Super easy, tasty and healthy.
I cooked the chicken in the skillet then hand shredded. Added all the ingredients in my slow cooker. I used part low sodium organic chicken broth and part water. I dashed in a few crushed pepper flakes for spice. Perfect for a cold day. This recipe will go into my rotation. Definitely a keeper.

Fantastic ❤️ I used 4 cans of drained Tyson white chicken and 1 can of Campbell’s tomato soup to thicken. Added the rest to a low temperature crockpot for 4 hours. Served with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and corn chips. Not as healthy, but so good!

I made this recipe but instead of an instant pot I made it the usual way I cooked the chicken with some of the seasoning in a sauté pan, then the veggies and seasoning first then added the rest of the ingredients and let simmer. Turned out great!
